Why do I keep getting Content Guideline errors?

WOMBOT has content filters intended to prevent harmful and illegal stuff from being made. Unfortunately it can sometimes flag safe content, without much reason. If this happens, let us know the prompt and style used, and we will use that feedback to try and further tune the filter.

*Note, in an Age-Restricted channel, the NSFW filters are removed, but many "minor"-related words become prohibited, including "boy" and "girl". Use adult terms for your prompts in those channels, even if they're SFW. Good alternatives are "man" and "woman".

The bot says "Application did not respond"

Sometimes the bot can stall under heavy loads and that can cause it to be unresponsive. If you see "Application did not respond" that could be why.

If you're getting an error with a Task ID, that's a separate issue. Join our Discord server and share that Task ID with our Team and the devs will look into it!

What does WOMBOT Premium get me?

WOMBOT Premium gives you:

• Unlimited generations in any server of your choice

• Generating via DM with WOMBOT

• NSFW outputs

• Custom Style building & Community styles

• Custom aspect ratios

• Grid output (4 outputs at once)

• Priority Support (in our Discord server)

How do I cancel my Premium?

To cancel WOMBOT premium, use the /premium command and manage your subscription from there. Alternatively, you can use https://wombo.com/cancel.

If you have any issues, reach out to our team on Discord and we can help you out there.

I want to make art, where do I go?

You would need to join our Discord server, and either use the bot in there, or invite WOMBOT to your own server and use it there.

You can also DM the bot, if you're a Premium user.

If I pay in the App, do I get WOMBOT premium, too?

As of March 9, 2023, the App and WOMBOT are separate subscriptions.

Users who purchased Lifetime in the App prior to March 9, or who have maintained an active subscription since then, still have their WOMBOT benefits. If you're missing them, please contact us with proof of purchase and we'll get that resolved.

If I pay for WOMBOT, can my friend use it too?

Your WOMBOT benefits only apply to the Discord account that is paying.

We do not have a server-wide WOMBOT subscription either.

Why can't I find the Age-Restricted channel setting?

iOS devices make it a bit difficult, and require you to toggle a setting from Discord's Web version.

Open Safari or another web browser, and log into Discord.com, and head to your Discord settings > Privacy & Safety. There should be a toggle for enabling Age Restricted channels on iOS mobile.

Can I get higher resolutions in WOMBOT?

At this time WOMBOT outputs come as-is. There are third-party softwares which upscale nicely, but WOMBOT does not offer that at this time. This may become a feature down the line, however.

How do I make my own Discord server? Is it free?

Making a Discord server is Free. On the left-hand side of your Discord app, you'll see the servers you're in, and near the bottom is a + icon.

Click the "+" button, "Create my own", "For me and me friends", and give it a name!

Can I generate in bulk/batches?

At this time, WOMBOT can only produce up to four outputs at once. Bulk processing is a common suggestion, and may become a feature down the line.

Does WOMBOT learn from user creations?

WOMBOT does not actively learn from user creations, for a few reasons, mainly that there are concerns of what it will learn when users prompt for inappropriate things.

Fine-tuning is a concept in AI circles, such as Dreambooth, which is something being explored by the Team as a potential feature in WOMBOT or on the web platform for Dream. There's no ETA on this, but ideas are actively being explored.
